Helping Community Organizations Provide Food For Those In Need

The Rochester International Event Centers partners with the Salvation Army and Family Services to provide hundreds of nutritious freshly prepared meals every day.  By preparing the food in bulk, in our commercial kitchen, the cost per meal is significantly reduced, allowing more of the needy population to benefit from our partner organizations.

The Salvation Army’s Community Supper program offers evening meals on Mondays and Fridays. The program is run completely by volunteers for anyone in the community who is need of a good meal. For more information about the Salvation Army please visit their website.

Through Family Services- Meals on Wheels Program, hot nutritious home delivered meals are distributed throughout the greater Rochester community to area residents who are not able to prepare or easily access a healthy meal. Visit Family Services or the Meals on Wheels program for more information.

Audio Visual

The Rochester International Event Center partners with Audiovisual Logic to provide you with an option for full audiovisual equipment and services.  The package includes delivery and set up of LCD projector, screen, DVD/VCR player, or we can connect the screens for your personal laptop.

Decorating Packages-

You’ve picked out your perfect dress. The rings have been chosen to represent your ever-lasting love. The reception and details to celebrate your special day is an important part in making memories.

We offer you an opportunity to enhance the memory of your special event with three elegant options for decorations.

Black or White backdrop with inlays and lights. Head table swaging with lights

 

Gold Package includes Silver Package plus

Dance floor ceiling draping w/lights

Ice Sculptures and Carvings

By working with the Rochester International Event Center, we understand your reception layout, menu, style and available space. We urge you to be creative and set your event a part from the ordinary, one “cool “way to do this it to consider the use of ice sculptures or carvings for your event.

 

The possibilities are endless, from individual guest table centerpieces to an entire ice bar. If you are incorporating a theme, we can work with you to design the perfect piece that makes a statement for your event.

• Entry focal point,
• Area to hold cold hors d’oeuvres or seafood
