Our beautiful facility has plenty of free, front door parking and features a Grand Ballroom, which accommodates up 800 guests (13,000 sq feet), or can be divided in two, for separate events of up to 400 quests. We have a large, comfortable lobby area and a state of the art gourmet kitchen to meet every creative wish.

Our food is prepared onsite in our commercial kitchen and is guaranteed to be of the freshest and highest quality. Our award winning culinary team creates exquisite food with a sophisticated presentation, sure to please the most discerning pallet.
To ensure the freshest possible options, we nurture and cultivate our own seasonal garden on sight ensuring delicious, locally grown herbs and produce.
For your wedding reception, we offer butler passed appetizers, plated dinners, buffets, family style and a variety of creative and custom menu options. Your food will be expertly prepared and beautifully presented.
Elegant Menus Created by Chef Nicholas Lensing
Chef Nicholas Lensing has been catering to weddings for over 10 years and has successfully served over 600 receptions. He is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Chef Lensing specializes in creating a comfortable, enjoyable and tasteful meal tailored to your desire. Chef Lensing would be happy to set up a taste test to create your menu.
Pricing
The Rochester International Event Center does require food minimums on Saturdays along with a ballroom rental charge. The food minimum cost does not include tax and service charge. We reserve the right to book other events before or in conjunction with your event. Please ask your sales executive if you have any questions or concerns.
We offer Half the Ballroom, which may accommodate up to 400 people, or The Entire Grand Ballroom, which may accommodate up to 800 people. We also offer a special discount on Fridays and Sundays. Please feel free to ask an Event Center representative about our special non-peek rates for those interested in booking a wedding event during the week.
